Need Help

Hi,

I am an Software Professional with 4 years experience in C,c++, DBMS and Java. I have strong knowledge in Java, JEE, Struts and Hibernate. All these 4 years i have been into Training(Corporate Training) of C, C++, DBMS& Oracle, Java. In feb2009 I got laid of due to recession. From Nov2008 till feb2009 I was in software developement. Since layoff I have not got any job. I am not interested to pursue in training as I feel training can be more effective once you work in development. I did a self analysis and found that my area of interest is

Software Research Analysis and Development which includes Software Development and Testing using Java, JEE, Opensource technologies and Database.

Now that i know my area of interest i just wanted to know how to get a job in the above field. Do company concentrate on R&D.

In India, companies have started recruiting again. So you need to concentrate on getting any "Java software development " job. Since you have mostly done training, get some good experience of software development. Then start looking for job of your specific interest.

Product companies can give you chance to work in R&D.
