I am planning to do a UML exam. Currently I am gathering some information about possible UML Certifications.
IBM and OMG offers UML Certification programs. Can anyone give some brief info about the following things:
1. Which exam actually tests a person's Object-Oriented Analytical and Design Skills?
2. Which exam is worth taking(recommended/aligning with current industry requirements).
3. There is a Study Guide for OMG's Exam, but it seems there is no Study Guide for IBM's exam. Is there any good study guides for IBM's exam.

There are study guides and formal trainings.. You can browse this forum (it has been discussed a lot), IBMs certification web pages, and bookstores.
