rad maven software update link wont work

Hi ,

I am using RAD 7.0.0 and trying to add maven plugin to it.

I went to

rad--->Help-->find install-->search for new updates--->new remote sire for maven 2

and gave foillowing url

http://m2eclipse.codehaus.org/update/

getting errors like network connection cannot established etc. Same link used to work c3 months back. I did on other machine similar that time. I put that maven plugin dump with in rad plugin folder still thaat also did not work, How can i resolve this issues. Any links, ideas, suggestions sample code highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
