It was my understanding that if I put a titleKey attribute into my select tag then i'd get a title. eg
<html:select property="gender" titleKey="instruction.choose"> <html :-o ptions collection="<%= Global.GENDER_LIST_KEY %>" property="value" labelProperty="label"/> </html:select>
should give me something like
Choose... - male - female
but it does not. I just get the popup with male and female options and male preselected.
is there a special trick to this, or is this yet another
JSF / Jini / Javaspaces / JDO - all rock in my opinion.
