hi!

i always ran struts on Linux.

But my new client has a server with windows server 2008.

Will i be able to run struts on it?

which server do i need? (tomcat/jboss etc)

Struts is Java, hence cross-platform. It doesn't matter (much) what container you use.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
