weblogic workshop fails to start

Hi,
I have downloaded wli10 release 3 and have installed it successfully on Vista .
My problem is that I am unable to start workshop. Evrytime I try to
start workshop, it asks for the location of the project folder and after
that stops abruptly.
I had earlier installed wls, in which I had to mention
BEA_HOME,WL_HOME...et al.
What system properties do I need to set in my case?
Please tell me all the system properties that I need to set.

The log file inside the eclipse folders should reveal the problem. I have never set any system properties to start workshop
