Where can I buy the similar device now?

This seems very old and was created in 1979 but now I don't find anywhere on googling for purchase..

Huh. Well, I don't know that you'll find something quite like that. But micrometer calipers with digital readouts certainly exist, and Stanley (and probably others) make a tape measure with a digital display. Then there are rolling tapes like this; maybe this is the closest?
