Hi all,
It's my first post on javaranch
I've appointment to pass my SCMAD the Oct 29, 2009.
I'm surprised that Timer & TimerTask join SCMAD objectives. For me it's a part of JSE API and must join SCJP objectives.

Someone know why SCMAD objectives include Timer & TimerTask classes ?

Timer & TimerTask are included becaue MIDP defines them. I think it's necessary for midlet to create timers to schedule tasks for future execution in a background thread.
