Hey guys. Is there any certification for data strucures? For example data structures with java?

How would that be, champ? You mean, a certification only for that? There's SCJP, which covers this topic, and there's also SCJD, where you are able to apply some of them.

I mean something covering most of the data structures. SCJD might cover some of them.
Can you please suggest some good book about data structures?

You can read Introduction to Algorithms.
