I gave up drinking coffee several years ago. I used to drink three or four cups per day at work. Then I found when I went on vacation, I would fall asleep for the first couple of days. So I switched to tea, which I now drink three or four cups per day of at work.
But here on the west coast of Canada we don't drink just plain old black tea. Our tea cupboard at home is full of flavoured teas. There's blackcurrant, vanilla rooibos, vanilla Earl Grey, chocolate hazelnut, chocolate mint oolong, raspberry white tea, South African honeybush tea, Moroccan mint tea, chai teas, and I don't remember what else. Oh yeah, there's blueberry tea and at one time we had lavender tea from Argentina. Out on the street there's a lot of bubble tea shops which were opened by Taiwanese immigrants. I believe bubble tea involves tapioca but I've never tried the stuff myself.
I'll still drink coffee if I'm at a restaurant or at somebody else's house, though. I just don't make it a habit any more.
I drink both coffee and tea, but I drink not more than one mug of coffee a day. If I drink more, I get headaches in the weekend - that happened to me, and it went away when I stopped drinking too much coffee.
So I drink one mug of coffee in the morning, and some tea in the afternoon.

I wonder how much is really true of the claimed health benefits. Every now and then you read stories about a claimed health benefit or health hazard from tea or coffee. Sometimes the story is that it contains stuff that's good for you, and sometimes the story is that it contains cancer-causing substances. I don't take such stories too seriously anymore.
Coffee makes my body shake, like I get all jittery and also my eyes begin to hurt when i drink coffee. Anyone have a solution for this?(And don't answer with take the spoon out of the cup first, i only made that mistake once )

I heard drinking coffee a lot might create stomach problem. But also heard that it is good for people who has cardiac blockage due to high level of cholesterol.
I dont know if there are such positive or negative side effects of tea.
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
