Accessing ext3 from OS X

I'm preparing my self to migrate from Arch Linux to Mac OS X SL so I backed up my home directory into external hard disk.
The external hard disk is ext3 formatted.
Will I be able to access it and get my data under OS X?
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
