I used to get this error (though for other imports). I am not able to reproduce the error now. Did you try cleaning and building the application?
If the error is still there, please post the code here, including your imports.
Can you just check the types of webservices you are using in te project.
there are JAXWS rt(run time), jaxws dp. Which one is using in your project. Also make sure that jar file are in the class path
of the project.
Reply back me if you still get the same problem.

That issue is resolved by adding the Jar file named as "jaxb-api.jar"
