Hi there,
Tiles is not integrated with Struts 1.0 -- only 1.1. In order to use Tiles with your version of the software, you will have to download and install the self-standing version of Tiles and use it like a third-party framework according to its instructions.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
