how to share a schema?

Hi, if there are two schemas that are almost same except namespace, Is there a way to define two schemas to share a common schema?
<xsd:schema ... targetNamespace="http://a.com">
<xsd:schema ... targetNamespace="http://b.com">
Is there a way to do so?
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link:
