Maven Glassfish Plugin

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate Maven2 and GlassFish using the maven-glassfish-plugin. My POM:

When I execute mvn glassfish:deploy I get:

But the application is not deployed, nothing changes in the server's j2ee-apps folder.

Any ideas?
