When we need to subclass our class to java.lang.Object explicitely

Hi Friends,
According to
java
specification every object by default extends to java.lang.Object.
I have seen some classes which explicitely extending the java.lang.Object.
When should we extend like that explicitely.
Please suggest me.

If you don't specify a parent class, Java will always assume that you are extending Object.

It is never necessary to write
extends Object
Did you see how Paul
