Hi Folks,

Today i have attended one HR interview, they asked me below questions.

1. Have you met any difficulties in your past project experience? What have you done to overcome it?
2. How do you evaluate your past career development?

Could you please provide your comments, how can we give our best ans, to these questions.

Thanks in Advance.
Chandra.

Hi Ulf Dittmer,

Good Question.

I would like to know, what and all the things we need to discuss for those questions.
Infact i should give my own experience.

thanks.

Mr Reddy,

Those questions were very important questions. In fact the 1st one was very interesting one. They may not expect the "real answer" from you but how you answer does the trick.

For eg, in one of your recent projects you would have had some technical difficulties, you can talk about how you or team overcame that issue.
Be genuine. don't say "I only did this other team members couldn't do it".

This is very common questions could be asked during technical rounds too.

Hope I answered your questions.

Good luck.

Andy

Please use real words when posting to the forums. Abbreviations such as "ans" in place of "answer" only serve to make your posts more difficult to read and less likely to generate useful responses.

Please read this for more information.

Good Question.

Ulf meant it as an answer, not a question. He means that you should answer the questions truthfully. No one but you can answer these questions
