I tried whatever to make this work but I do not succeed ... I appreciate any help.
Tooltip is not working as expected:
The result is:
Tooltip
Are you happy: alt="Ask yourself if you are happy"
I would expect something popping up if I move over with the mouse, not the tooltip text printed just like this.
Struts forever...
