can anyone tell me good ebook or video tutorials for jas & servlets.i need practical one .i mean it is good if that book goes with some small project.then i can get practical knoledge.Currently i am using jsp & Servlet Head first Book.

The head first book is good for beginners. You can follow sun's tutorial or this site has video tutorials although I didn't see any of them, but might be useful...
