STRUTS Validation

Did STRUTS Validation change from 1.1RCx to 1.1 Final? I noticed that they moved the Validation taglib into the HTML taglib but I am not sure how much more changed?
If it did change, is chapter 12 from STRUTS In Action out of date already? I am having the hardest time getting validation to work on a simple form. I will start another thread with those problems, but I was wondering about the changes?
Thanks.

Yeh, I think maybe Chapter 12 of SIA is out of date. It is still a good reference book for Struts 1.1 IMO. Although I do have to admit the validation chapter of the book is filled with a lot of errors. I remembered having to check out the validation sample web app that was bundled with Struts to get the validation setup properly. The rest of the other chapters were done pretty well. Having purchased the book when it first came out, I had recently checked out the Errata at their web site and not surprisingly, there were a lot of corrections made through various parts of the book. I suggest you download the Errata, it will no doubt in my mind will help you get through the validation work in Struts.
Good luck.

Thanks. I will take a look at that.
