Application remain in alwaye running process using java?

I am make an application using java. When user want to close this application then user can't close that application.The application remain in always running process. Please help me.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
