Looks damaged when I scroll browser up or down

Hi,

I have a tall applet. It is about 2 screen sizes on my monitor.

When I scroll the browser up or down, showing previously hidden parts of the applet, some parts of the looks are liked damaged or not painted completely.

Here is a sample below.



As shown above, some of the fingerprints on the applet had empty blocks or are not displayed completely. Notice also the broken borders.

I will appreciate any ideas.

I think this might be a browser issue. Can you confirm if the same behavior is observed with some different browser(s)?
