Struts2- How to pass dynamic parameters from one Action class to another Action class

Hi ,

I am trying to use Redirect and comunicating from one Action to Another Action class .

This is inside my Struts Action class

<action name="MyAction" class="mypack.MyClass">
<result name="success" type="redirect">anotheractionnamehere/>
<param name="userName">Ravi</param>
<param name="email">[e-mail]</param>
</action>

now please let me know how the param can have dynamic values here .
