That's simple; "101 - your score" gives your rank.

After you do the SCJP exam, the exam center will give you a paper that says what your score is, i.e. what percentage of questions you answered correctly, in different categories of questions. Your score will not be mentioned on your certificate.

I did SCJP in this August and got 100%.Can't I get the rank?

There's nothing as "rank" in SCJP. But since you get the highest score possible, so you can say that you share the 1st rank with everyone who got 100% in the exam...
