I am a Bachelors of Engineering.
I have a 2 yrs experience in Java, JEE.
I worked in two companies so far. In both the companies some Tragedies happened with me.
1) In my 1st company there was a bond of 2 yrs. I broke that within 1.6 yrs.
(because the company was delaying in giving the salaries (3-4 months delay).)
2)Then I worked with my second company for 4 months, till Aug’2008 & then had to leave the job.
(this is the worst situation I suffered from. I worked on D2K in this company on which I was having no prior experience.
I was knowing PL-Sql. On the basis I started working & my PM told to his senior that I do have an experience of 1 yr in D2k & even knowing that I don’t.
When His senior came to know about that I got fired. I was clueless of this all.)
Since then for 1.2 yrs, I am jobless over till now (recession was there in this period).
But now its becoming very hard to explain the situations to the HRs of the companies.
Even after explaining the things to HR I am finding difficult to get the job.
Also want to include that I dont have a very good academic records throughout & had gaps of 2 yrs in 4 yrs of engineering.
My bad past is not leaving me now.
How to handle these situations now. I am suffering a lot due to this.
Hope somebody’s certain help here.

If I were you, I would have stick to the truth and tried to prove my ability in the right way. Fortunately there are quite a few considerate people in the industry and I am sure someone would have listened to me.
Meanwhile I would have started doing freelancing and increasing my network by the ways like linkedin.
I strongly believe that sincere efforts always pay!
All the best!

I agree with Manoj. Today's HR are too smart. So do not try to hide truth. Tell what is truth and keep trying hard, at least once you would be lucky. I am doing same.

thanks to both of you, Manoj & Digvijay.
I am doing the same while in the interviews but wanted to have somebody's view.
Now as you said the same I really got encouraged & will go now with more confidence for the next time.
