Still not sure what you mean by that. There is really nothing in Struts that would make JSPs work any differently than a non-Struts based J2EE application that uses JSPs. Struts is framework that allows you to implement the MVC pattern in a web application. JSPs make up a large part of the View in a Struts-based application and the JSP taglibs that come with Struts are used to complement the Model and Controller parts of the framework.
