How do I achieve http session functionality for two different websites in my org using flex?

Is it possible to achieve Single sign on with flex?

This is not possible using Flex or any other technology. The HTTPSession (as the Servlet specification says) is scoped to the servlet or application context. SSO is possible (see the documentation).

You can store state in the Flex application though sicne it is a fat client.
