Is it possible to decrypt a file using Bouncy Castle methods that was encrypted using OpenSSL in Linux (aes-256-cbc with passphrase) ?

I know this can be done using OpenSSL methods in the Not-Yet-Commons-SSL library, however we currently using Bouncy Castle for other SSL things ... would like to utilise this library rather than introduce a new one if possible.

Thanks
Glen
