but in our resumes we actually use these informations because in many companies people with certain age limit only called for interviews.. thats why only i added that field now i will modify my post..

Remember that when you post a CV/resume on an employer's website, your details are encrypted and cannot be read by anybody else. Here they are in "clear" and anybody can read them.
