hello all of you


I am trying to follow a tutorial that uses a 1.1 dtd of struts:


my example is coded this way...with the 1.3 dtd :



that causes this awful exception:



Is struts 1.3 do not use no more <data-sources> ?

PLease, is anyone knows how to exploit a data source with the 1.3 version?

Correct. The Struts developers came to the (correct) conclusion that a front controller has nothing to do with a database. See here for their logic and alternatives.
