Are they really helpful when we are looking for a job?

Another questions is : will those java technologies become out of date in the next 5 or 10 years? will those certificates still very useful in the future?

Most probably Yes, they will help you to get an interview, but it's that how much you can prove at the interview will be the key for getting the job

As long as Java is there those will be useful.
