Quartz triggers is firing only once in tomcat setup

Hi,

I have my quartz scheduler running under tomcat. All I need to do is schedule a job that will run for every 5 mins. Now, whenever I schedule a job, it fires at the moment it got scheduled (which is correct). After that I see the "trigger_fired" count along with the trigger_next_fire_time columns in oracle db getting increased but none of the trigger listener and job listener log messages are getting printed which was getting printed when the job got fired for the first time.

Please help me with this.
