I'd steer clear of the majority of roseindia tutorials--not always the best examples.

Which version of Struts? Have you searched the web for "struts tutorials"? There are a *lot*.

You're still not telling us which version of Struts you want to use :(

I generally still recommend MyEclipse for Struts 1. So far IntelliJ has the best Struts 2 support (although I haven't checked NetBeans for awhile), and I don't know of any Eclipse plugins for Struts 2 yet.

I found this tutorial which might be helpful (although I didn't go through it, but it seems good)...
