Tomcat6 on ubuntu - memory problem

Hi, I'm new member in your community, but I hope it will not be a problem to help each other

Tomcats default memory is 64MB, but for my application is too small value. How can I increase this value? I tried lots of ways, but nothing happened.

Use the CATALINA_OPTS environment variable
