I cleared IBM 669 with 98% few weeks back and 667 with 87% today.
Thank you very much for your support.
I prepared for 6 weeks for both exams
For 669 I used
SOA for Dummies
Exploring IBM Smart SOA Technology and practice (used this forIBM reference architeture)
108 Questions in Yahoo groups.
For 667:
Exploring IBM Smart SOA Technology and practice
SOA Compass
Some articles available in IBM site
ExamWrox.com sample tests available in Yahoo groups.Most of the questions were similar to this sample test.
If you have time read about SOA Design patterns, tools and IBM products for SOA.

Hi Bhargavi ,
I intend to take up the 667 exam by Jan end. Though my experience and basics about SOA is good I am totally unprepared about this exam. Can you please tell me what are the things I should read/enroll for , with priority. As you can understand I really dont have much time
Can you specify details about these books. Is there any specific chapter I need to read ?
SOA Compass >> Is this the Pearson Education book ?
Exploring IBM Smart SOA Technology and practice >> who is author / publisher
Any other tips ?

I used the articles from developerWorks (http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/tests/edu669.shtml) and also looked through some books from soabooks.com, but more to study for myself, than for the exam
