I know this forum is for Java lovers like me..

But I need to study .NET in-depth for work. I hope you can consider giving me a very good forum link for .NET, something like javaranch for .NET

.. I also hope you can recommend me a good book, something like Head First .NET ( see, I'm so Java-centric

).

I googled these up but I'm lost in the google results jungle. Couldn't figure if they're really good or not.
