how to use escape="false" in h:commandButton

I want to use the internationalization in my project. here i have to use the UNICODE i.e. Ӓ
i want to use this value in my command button. how to escape it???

You don't need to use "escape" for that to work. "escape" is for passing raw HTML out, and what you're doing is within the JSF framework's capabilities.
