Struts is an MVC framework for web applications. Thomas Paul wrote two great articles for the JavaRanch newsletter. The first covers the basics of Struts using version 1.0. The second article covers Struts 1.1, highlighting the differences between the two. You may also want to look at the Struts homepage for more information.
