Looking for CAPTCHA implementation

My apologies if this is not the correct forum for this question. Sheriff: please move this to the appropriate forum if it is not.

We are desperately trying to find a vendor offering as good a product as we can get that can interpret CAPTCHA images and interface with our Java code.

we used Jcatptcha and found it did the trick.

My apologies for any violation of words used in subject titles of postings.

Thank you for this. I see that Jcatptcha is used to implement a CAPTCHA service. I am looking for an API that can READ and DECIPHER a CAPTCHA and return the results to my app.

Any suggestions?

You are really in the malware area with that request. I hear the bad guys are working on that and there are rumours that they have cracked the problem; I wouldn't be surprised, those people are very well funded these days.

But don't expect anybody at this forum to point you towards their results. We don't condone that here.
