Restrict access without authentication

Hello. I'm using Struts 1.3. I have a web page which requires the user to log in. Once the user does that, the page takes him to another page. The problem is, it is possible for someone to type the adress of the page and get in there without having to be logged on, and that's not something I want. I need to find a way to restrict access to the contents of the site without successful authentication. How can I do this with Struts? Thanks!

The things I think of first include: use container-managed security, write a filter, use a custom request processor.
