I am currently taking "SL-275" training of Sun. How to prepare for SCJP6, I am doing Kathie Sierra, but is it enuf to crack SCJP? How shud I prepare for the exam? Please help.

Ya Kathie Sierra is more than enough. Just make the sample program for each and every concept in java. You can discuss them here if you do not understand by making samples. And give lots of mock exams to know your knowledge.
