Then I'm afraid you'll have to rely on whatever information you find out there on the net. Sites like TheServerSide, IBM DeveloperWorks, O'Reilly's OnJava etc. are likely to have articles on the subject.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
