Hi,

I'm looking for best solution for my app. I'm implementing EJB3 module, where I need to manage some global data, which are dynamically changed during application run. For example lets say this is ejb module for IM server. So I need to store some collections with actually logged users (with various info like status and so on). And then approach to that data from web module.

- What solution would you recommend for implementation on the server?
- If using EJB3, is there any choice how to use something like observer design pattern between web and ejb module? Or ejb is just request/response so I need polling method? E.g. I need to send some kind of notifications between users.

Thanks everyone:-)
