hey guys, i have a problem and i hope there's a way to doing it. i have a function that appends textfield to a form.

In this function:
1. If the rms database is empty, it will show empty textfield.
2. Else, it will display a string in the textfield.
3. And after if-else, it will append the textfield to the form.

The user will click a button to do the function, and each time the button is clicked, the textfield is appended to the form. this causes repetitive textfields, but it suppose to have only 1 with the updated rms data.

how do you solve the problem of the repeating patterns of textfield? please help me!!!
it's very important!
THANKS!!! (:
