Have you taken a look at the SCDJWS links here on JavaRanch?
Among other things, there are study notes that I have written, that covers most of the topics of the certification.
If you are entirely new to web services, I would personally like to recommend this excellent book: J2EE Web Services by Richard Monson-Haefel
Though somewhat aged, it still is very relevant and presents the different topics in a very understandable way.
Best wishes!

Thanks for the advice. I am new to web services and willing to explore this hot topic. I guess there is a lot of scope in future for web services.
