Maven Plugin not found issue

Hi guys,
I am currently working on a project involving Maven. I integrated Maven 2.2.1 into my NetBeans 6.7.1. It has worked alright so far, but I got this error and couldn't make much sense of it. If anyone can point me in the right direction, it'd be awesome. Thanks.

UPDATE:

I checked some sites, and they seem to suggest that all such maven plugins should have a plugin.xml inside the jar, in the meta-inf\maven\ directory. In the Maven NSIS Plugin.jar that I downloaded (Ver 2.1), all it contains are a license.txt, a manifest.mf and a notice.txt inside the meta-inf directory. Am I missing something?

You can try to remove that JAR and let Maven downloads it again.
