I want to create WAR file by including Source files as well.
Can anyone help me, how to create WAR with java source in Eclipse...?
or is there any commands available for the same?

A resource and source are two different things. Which one do you exactly mean?
If you mean source files, the google for sysdeo plugin. It lets you configure if you want to include the java files.
