Possible to include other XML files within my web.xml file?

5.1 AS on Mac 10.5.6. In an attempt to make my web.xml file cleaner, I would like to separate the <env-entry>s into their own file. However, I'm unable to find how to include another XML file in my original web.xml file. Any ideas?
The web-app spec I'm using is
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <web-app xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-app_2_5.xsd" version="2.5">

No can do, unless you do something to merge them yourself in an
script or something.
