Drag drop issue

Hi,

I'm just starting work on a Java applet (I'm new to Java) and I have an issue with drag/drop from OSX Finder, I am using the following code to process files dropped onto the applet from the Finder:

For some reason, the first time I drop files onto the applet, the 'DataFlavor.javaFileListFlavor' is not available but if I drop the same files a second time it is. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

Welcome to JavaRanch.

In the future, please make sure to post code that compiles. It took me several minutes to hunt down all the missing import statements.

I can't reproduce the problem. Dropping one or more files on the applet on OS X works fine for me.

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
