This is what I want to Develop -----

I have to track all the navigation undergone by the user while they work with the internet under the WIFI. Now the URL’s visited date, time of visit, the MAC address of the machine, everything will be reflected to the manager stationed at the server side. This helps system investigator to keep view what is going in the lab.

An HTTP proxy should be able to do most (or maybe even all) of that.

Set the network up in such a way that outbound connections are possible only from the proxy (a firewall setting should be sufficient, but there may be easier ways). That way, everyone must use the proxy. If you are unclear about the concept of HTTP proxies, there must be hundreds of web pages out there that explain it, starting with Wikipedia.

It's not a question of using some API. It's a question of setting up and configuring a proxy and the firewall, and then of making all users of the network use that proxy (which is a browser setting).

Alternatively, check the documentation of your WLAN device. It may have some of the capabilities you're looking for.

But I want to show all the information on Network Admin Dash Board.

Our output should look like:
-first the user(Admin) authentication is done.
-it should give List of all IP addresses of pc's present in the wi-fi network
-then by using IP adress it should locate MAC address of each pc
- by using MAC address it should show what are happening on that m/c.i.e.it should track track all the navigation undergone by the employees while they work with the internet under the WIFI. Now the URL’s visited date, time of visit, the MAC address of the machine.

What is the "Network Admin Dash Board"? Is that software of yours? If so, then you need to make sure that it can get all that information from whatever software you end up using for the proxy. You may also want to check out commercial network management software; it sounds like this might be a common problem for which other people have come up with solutions.

the URL’s visited date, time of visit, the MAC address of the machine

Make sure you know about and implement all legal rules governing this data, starting -but not ending- with tightly securing access to it. In numerous countries this would be illegal to do.
